Co-founders of each of the startups were the judges of the first season of Shark Tank India.

BharatPe’s instagram followers grew the most as the first season of the show ended. Over the last two weeks, it grew by more than 34%. 

Meanwhile, instagram followers of LensKart, SUGAR and BoAt only grew by about 2% over the last few weeks.

This could be fueled by the controversy surrounding BharatPe’s co-founder, Ashneer Grover, over the last couple of weeks. A leaked audio clip, claimed to be of Ashneer Grover, and a financial fraud allegation, have brought the company’s board and its co-founder in a public tussle over the past month.
